I played this for my mom today at the nursing home. It’s nice and long and kept her attention for almost 15 minutes. She loved watching our chickens for hours when she lived with us, but now she is in an assisted living home. When I showed her this today she thought she was watching our chickens. I loved seeing her face light up as she watched them! Thank you ❤️
Knitting on a lace shawl right now and I have to concentrate and count stitches. Movies and music is a bit too distracting. This is *perfect!* We raised mourning doves for a while, and hearing them in the background is just extra-soothing! Love it!
Thank you! This is one of the reasons why I made this video. I sometimes leave videos like this playing for my indoor animals when they are home alone. I have seen cow videos like this; sheep, squirrels, wild birds, etc, but never chickens. And for humans I thought it is also neat to see a closer look at chicken behavior. It is kinda meditative.
I LOVED it when you threw a couple of treats and the hens ran towards it so fast! It made me laugh and reminded me of throwing a ball to my dog! Hey you should show "snack time" and toss a few snacks at the girls so we can watch them run back and forth! TOO DARN CUTE!! lol
