When you call this owner, she is very rude. When she picked up phone she started talking in Marathi ( her local language ) no problem with that, she has the rights but when i requested her if she can speak any other language like Hindi or English coz i dont speak Marathi, she is saying she dont like talking hindi or talking to hindi people. She is only interested in promoting business to marathi customers. Then why talk in hindi and promote your business pan india. You can be proud of your language but saying other languages are bad its worse. I dont know when she herself is so racist how her products will be. Channel person should check with the owners if they wanna promote pan india or just local. Customers can call from anywhere and teach her not to say wrong about other languages.
