John Deere 8410 Subsoiling with a 5 shank Inline Ripper

Trying to bust up some compaction in our fields with a 5 shank inline ripper/subsoiler on our John Deere 8410.

So is this done on no till fields only? Not many people do it around here. Seen the guy next to us ripping wen I was chizil plowing

Have you guys ever run that setup in the springtime? Farm I work for bought similar setup for their 8310 last week . Obviously to froze in Minnesota now to do a good job. Nice video

Yes. We had a lot of compaction from using our manure spreaders
