Relationships, union, the coming together of complimentary opposites. Marriage or (wait for it) a healthy parting of ways. A decision requiring all elements to be in agreement & harmony. Deep understand of people and their motivations. Your relationships reflect your personal values. Experiencing freedom and the self free of restrictions and opinions of others. Relationships mirroring your own sense of worth. Balance, integration of opposite or diverse elements. The feminine and masculine. Being open about your love, embracing all aspects of the self, the feminine, masculine, gentle, muscular, vulnerable, ambitious, all elements serve the whole. A healthy decision. The Lovers Reversed: A toxic or hurtful relationship. Being hurt by another. A good relationship out of balance or struggling. Teenage/infantile fantasy instead of mature love and understanding. Fear of deep, mature love. Hurtful actions in the name of “love,” like stalking, obsessing, passive-aggression. Disappointment, quarrels, fights, a break-up or divorce. Sexual problems or fear of intimacy. Using the expression love as a weapon or leverage. Lack of trust. Not loving the self, prompting the lashing out to another. Imbalance, not accepting the feminine of masculine in yourself. Being pushed to make a big decision when you are not ready.
If you get this, it requires you to be honest with yourself. Are you engaging in hurtful, predatory, or manipulative behavior in the name of “love”? Seek professional therapy or help if this is the case.
Best Course of Action Reversed: Simply, a break up or end of a relationship. If in a committed relationship, work to reframe the terms. Time to do the work to repair and renegotiate. This card keeps flying out for me... and I definitely felt when you said the union of the feminine and the masculine. At home, I am a yoga doing, incense blowing, crystal charging, tarot reader and I do a lot of heavy work at my job in a warehouse 😂 I’m learning how to embrace my masculinity.

When facing challenges, remind yourself of your value system. Your relationships will mirror your own self worth. Embrace all elements of self; masculine and feminine energy, for they make you whole. Funny how tarot gets to be so personal. I don't see any of what you see in this card. To me, it does not speak of love between people at all, but of choosing from the heart. But yes, of complementing opposites. The toxic relationship, stalking, fear of intimacy, breakup, all that i see in other cards such as the Devil and the Empress. Isn't that just amazing? :)

Hello i'm not a psychic but everytime i have questions in my life and seek answers i do reading to my own self. Today I asked my tarot cards if one of my classmates has a crush on me (i also mentioned a name and he is a guy). After shuffling, i picked a one card and i was surprised it was The Lovers card (upright). So does this mean the answer is real?
