The problem at CBE is its motivation platform for its employees. Some of them are not Assertive and didn't have customer first attitude.

በሰአቱ መልሱ የተባለውን ብር መልሰው ግን የብዙ ጉዋደኞቸ በሰአቱ በሲስተም ችግር እስከ 70ሺ ድረስ አውጥተው ነበር ግን በሰአቱ ብር ያወጣችሁ መልሱ ሲባል ያወጡትን ብር መልሰዋል ግን ብሩን ከመለሱ ቡሀላ አውጥተውት በነበረው ልክ ከአካውንታቸው ተቀንሶ ተወስዱዋል ለምሳሌ 70 ሺ አውጥተው የነበረው መልሱ ሲባል ሙሉ ለሙሉ መልሰዋል ግን ከአካውንታቸው 70ሺ ተቀንሶባቸዋል 1 ወር አለፋቸው እስከ አሁን መፍትሄ አላገኙም ማን ይሆን የእነሱን ጥያቄ እሚመልስላቸው
ኘሬዘደንቱ ኮንፊደንሱ ገራሚ ነው ብቃት ሲኖርህ
እንዲህ ያለ ቃለመጠይቅ መደረግ ያለበት ምናልባት በኢኮኖሚስት ወይም በዘርፉ በቂ ግንዛቤ ባለው ሰው ነው። ከ 165,000 ተበዳሪዎች አጠቃላይ ብድር top 10ዎቹ 1.8 ፐርሰንቱን መበደራቸው 177 ቱ ደግሞ 8% መበደራቸው ጠናማ ነው ወይስ አይደለም የሚለውን ለመረዳት ያስችላል።
Abie Sano is a matured bank leader. He is reasonable and balanced. The journalist is a good one too. Please give the leader of the bank space and time to answer the question you asked. Being aggressive does not produce any added benefit. Specially when you are interviewing a great bank leader who seem to have high moral values, it is imperative to be respectful.
Life is short and we hold human respect as the paramount to human existence. Please DO NOT belittle a great bank executive by insinuating negligence.
Students in Ethiopoa have been breaking buses, destroying school property and sometime murdering opponents. Lazy chat eating students have been out of control for the last 60 years.

In situations like this, it would be constructive for the interviewer to actively practice better listening skills. Giving space to the president without interruptions, but wiz due respect to learn more. He is calm.

አንድ አመት ከአራት ወር ሁኖኛል እስካሁን ምንም አይነት ምላሽ አላገኘሁም።
እንዳልከስ አካውንት ጥቁሬን ከሲስተም ውጭ አድርገውብኛል
በነፃ ስላገለገለ ነው ብሎ ነገር አለ እንዴ? ሰው ገንዘብ ማስቀመጡ ብቻ ለባንኩ ትልቅ ጥቅም አይደል እንዴ? ደግሞ እኔ ከምኖርበት ኮሪያ ላይ ከራሱ ከባንኩ ATM ለሚወጣ ገንዘብ የሚያስከፍል የለም። በተጨማሪም፣ በ online transfer ስናደርግ ሙሉ ለሙሉ ነፃ ነው። ብዙ ግዜ charge የሚያደርጉት service ስታገኝ ነው ባንክ ቤት ነደህ፣ እሱም፣ ለጥቂት አገልግሎቶች፤ ባንክ ATM ለመቀየር፣ book replace ለማድረግ፣ የባንክ certificate ለማውጣት፣ internet banking activate ለማድረግ እና ለመሳሰሉት፣ ገንዘብ ለማዘዋወር ግን የሚያስከፍል የለም። ምክንያቱም cash ከባንክ እንዳይወጣ ነው የሚፈለገው እንጂ ከማን ወደ ማን ሄደ አይደለም።
