When you upload a video to TH-cam, it is scanned for music or film that is owned by a third party. You have the choice of retaining that music/film clip, but that may result in a video not being visible in some countries; losing your TH-cam "good standing"; or having a commercial placed at the beginning of the video. The University opted to remove the "America Is Waiting" music, as that was flagged as being owned by WMG/EMI.
