    Use a squeezing bag, not a spatula, it will be much better

      Correct, it would be much easier with a squeezing bag, unfortunately, I didn't think to make one for this project.
      Will do it for the future ones, thank you for the advice!

      You can improvise a squeeze bag easily with a ziplock bag by filling, sealing, and then cutting off one of the bottom corners, as well.

    A piping bag and fine tip might help

    i thought it would be good to use like a syringe, fill it up and push it in that wall hole, so that it is fully covered ( not just outside ), so that it is strong enough

      Nice idea for sure, I haven't thought about it that way 👍👍 it depends on the thickness of the filling mass, or you would have to use a thicker syringe 👍

    But this just an esthetic reparation, you whole is still existing under the fix, we need to fill it deeper in order ot be able to reuse the wall in the future. in your case, I I need to recreate a whole at the same place I will fall in this empty zone and then bad surprise. please explain how I can to fill very deep a whole. thanks

      Thank you for your question, yes this was only esthetic reparation, I wanted to have clear wall without any holes. If you want to reuse the same hole, than you need to use some more permanent mixture, please take a look at this video, once this mixture is dried out you can redrill in it:

    will this work for a hole that is about 1 inch in diameter from where it was drilled for a pipe from the well to enter the home and never used..... when it rains heavy, water enters through the hole(basement wall)

    • @rookie.handyman
      @rookie.handyman  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      If there is water there, I think that you need a concrete solition than. You can buy in any hardware store concrete mix and fill that hole with concrete mix, water cant go throught concrete that easily. My solition is more “make it look pretty”, but if you have water there sometimes, go with concrete. Good luck 👍

    Can I re drill for coat hanger again after?

    • @rookie.handyman
      @rookie.handyman  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes you can, it should hold your coat hanger without problems, but I found that this mixture was much better for redrilling:
