My goodness. That really was something different! This is the best mod I’ve seen yet of Week 6. And I gotta say, the remix of Roses sounds great and the environment really surprised me. And seeing “yellow” spirit really makes me think of what is going on here.
I love the minor detail that the BG girls face's flicker between their phase 1 & 2 states during phase 2. Among all the stuff going on, a detail like that really goes unnoticed but I love it anyway.
Fun fact! That green long note is glitched! Absolutely no one can hit it and that's why it sounds a little choppy when it plays, because the game for a very split second cuts the boyfriend's voice.
I mean,senpai being self-aware isn't too far fetched,yes he IS just code but ever since the spirit entered him he COULD'VE actually become somewhat self-aware,and even if that's not the case,it's actually canon that senpai's code breaks because he was never programmed to have much to say or do if he lost,senpai then must've cobbled up a bunch of words,used one of his disgusted surprised expressions and put together a mess of notes in roses to insult the boyfriend and throw him off his game afterwards,senpai's ability to continue talking and singing by putting words he's known to use together and alter his singing pattern and expressions even when boyfriend isn't playing by his worlds rules is probably a kind of "self-aware" thing to do by ITSELF.
