Cheap Chat Noir DIY's! Chat's Mask, Ring, and Bell Tutorials | JessIsAMess

Everything you need for:
Chat’s Mask:
- 1 premade mask from craft store
- Black primer/paint
- Clear sheet of plastic(if you are having trouble finding some you can go to a craft store and go to the paper section where they have fancy paper for scrap books. Some of the paper have plastic sheets around them. It shouldn’t be more than a $1)
- Sheer green mod podge
- Super glue/ tacky glue
- Round equate sponges
Chat’s Bell:
- Plastic Ornament
any kind of paint primer(because the plastic ornament is hard to paint over by itself)
- Gold Paint
- Black paint(or primer)
- Black elastic
- Velcro(can be found at Walmart for around $1)
- Super glue(to glue velcro onto the elastic)
Chat Noir’s Ring:
- Craft foam
- Glue
- Crayola model magic/ clay
- Black paint/primer
- Neon green paint
- use small paint brush for molding the paw print

I would take the top off the ornament and glue a tiny bell inside so it can jingle and so the small bell doesn’t move around inside.

You might be able to use a green sheer fabric like crepon or organza for the eyes; it would breath slightly better and wouldn't fog up/sweat.

i find this rings at walmart for 2 doolars that you can use for the base of the ring and all you have to do is add on the paw paint on top and its a little easyer and you can also buy cat paw buttens for like 3 dollar s and jius fill the back off and glud it to the ring and that can also work as a Chat noir ring i tryed it and it work great it is a little easyer for some people like me who onky have a walmart realy close and need the ring like in 2 weeks time but i had to find the ring glue because some of them can melt the rings so check before you buy

For the mask eyes get a sprite bottle or green plastic bottle and cut the shape much easier
