Smile Flower is a song written by Woozi, indicating his fear about what future might bring to them especially the thought of the members leaving his side. They all listened to it and loved it and decided to add it to the album to extend the same thought to the carats where it says that even if a carat before left the fandom today, they hope they would still have happy memories with svt after that. It's a definite tear-jerker, and you'll just hear carats sob loudly after Jun's ment in the song TT

As a baby carat, I took my time watching GOING SEVENTEEN, the 17 Project and One Fine Day. It's just content overload. Definitely take your time with all the content, it's a lot but you really learn a ton about the members, what they are good at, what they specialise in. They have a ton of songs unreleased and those are genuinely golden.
Smile Flower, Us again, aju nice all songs that are close to CARAT's hearts.
Smile Flower really hits hard when you know that woozi wrote this song to his members. He really loves seventeen and adores each member. Everything he does, he does for seventeen (he’s said this before). It’s an honor as a carat that they’ve extended this message to carats as well 🥺
At the end where it shows their rings, those are the rings that were customized for them as Seventeen. The rings represent their hard work and dedication to the group, their many years of a promised debut and endless training. It represents their place in seventeen, their brotherhood and bonds. It represents that they made it and their promise to each other and carats that they will never give up on seventeen. It’s why they wear it on their pinky fingers. It’s a promise to be with each other and to never forget who they are. I don’t know if you’ve noticed, but they never take their rings off, not during photoshoots, modeling gigs, variety shows, never. So the fact that it shows their rings as the last frame just makes this even more 🥺🥺🥺

SVT always make us cry with this song some carats had a payback during one of their concert where they were performing a super upbeat song (mansae if I'm not mistaken) and the song suddenly cut only for carats to start singing this song to them.. the boys got pretty emotional oh those were the days

SVT's lyrics are always so raw and from the heart. Your reactions feel so genuine too, I really appreciate it. Also, smile flower in concert is the most absolutely moving thing. Carats don't scream, they sing along and there's a chorus they have us sing by ourselves. Yup, there were bits from FLOWER choreo that we can see in the FALLIN FLOWER choreo... Actually, we were kinda thrown off when Dino (and Hoshi) was not on the choreography credits of FALLIN FLOWER. I'm always sad whenever I think about that because the dances are very obvious that were from these 2 members.

I never truly cried while listening to smile flower, like I would feel a tug at my heart strings and my throat would get dry. But I never truly cried listening to smile flower until after the world tour. I remember it like yesterday how I kept replaying S. Coups part and then instant tears (You'll find out in the documentary about S.Coups' anxiety. But because of it he took a break and couldn't finish the tour and at the time everyone was waiting for his return) so smile flower really hit different this time around. Smile Flower mv came at a time when when there were bad rumors circulating about seventeen. It made every carat cry so hard at that time. Honestly it's a song I rarely listen to because I cry every single time it's played.

I see alot recommending for you to listen to us again and I do to, but I think you should listen and react to us again after the Hit the Road series (after the epilogue) because that song was specifically made to I guess summarize the series and their journey, and the lyrics are all from the quotes at the end of every episode, and it just definitely hits harder after you finish the whole series
(also heads up the epilogue is for me is the one that I cried through LIKE ALOT)

Anyway, if you want to watch the video with subtitles, especially some old videos (they put eng sub on some newer videos now days) you can try on vliv3. As long as I remember even the dialog on the early part of smile flower was translated.
Also, if you need more reason to cry over smile flower, (please look up more about it, ok. I am not quite sure) but originally, woozi made this song for his members. So some part like "I want to hug you but hesitate", "let's don't say "it's end" forever", "I'll be the spring that bloom your smile" really hit hard....

The lyrics talk about the possibility of separation, so if the members for whatever reason can not be together anymore, and if us Carats lose them and lose eachother.
