Hello.
After printing, the HP LaserJet 1015 printer prints a white sheet. The bottom indicator is on and the top is flashing in red.
The USB cable is armored and 2 ferrite rings are 1.3m long.
I tried on Windows XP Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 the results are the same.
Critridge and wire tried on other printers works.
The laser shutter is open.
All three contacts are normal.
The pins for opening the cover are not broken on the printer cover.
Maybe the firmware needs to be changed?
On other computers, I also tried the same results.
The fact is that this printer for a long time lay in the garage of a person in the dust. First, I started typing normally. Sheets 6 were
printed. Now the printer receives the job, skips a few sheets, and then sometimes prints. The problem is either in the contacts in
the board itself or the firmware. The bottom indicator is on and the top is flashing red. I’ll try to inspect the board again.
Maybe the firmware has flown?
