So I'm playing this inside my camper on an animal rescue up in The Smokey Mountains of North Carolina. It's almost midnight, pitch black and you can see every star in the sky tonight. The surround sound inside and left the outdoor light and speakers on for Eeyore the donkey and Gypsy and Major the 2 horses. I kid you not they came over and started singing along chorus with you gals. This means you have to come to North Carolina soon!!
This band channels it in a great way. Props to Dana Carroll the awesome bass player. I think it's the hardest part of a Dead band because Phil is so unique and Dana really brings it.
Heard about you on Sirius Dead Channel, but now happy to actually say I heard you! Always a fan of the female led covers of Dead tunes, like The Indiigo Girls (uncle John's Band) and Joan Osbourne (Brokedown Palace), and adding y'all to the list of aforementioned greats...
This is soooo good! One of my favorite Grateful Dead songs and you gave it some great background vocals and a driving beat that I’m sure Bill and Mickey would approve of! Perfect rendition!
