Honestly 30-45 min are perfect naps. You get energy and your ready to rock. Nap nap 2-3 hours I just wake up exhausted I don’t know how you do it tam more power to you.

Been with my husband 20 years and we are both very strong willed. As long as its healthy disputes it's no problem. Sometimes we can go back and forth for hours, then afterwards we are laughing and on to the next part of life. That's what I love about our relationship.

communication & always making that person feel loved and appreciated is key. I definitely agree keeping god 1st aswell. One thing my husband & I did before he passed away 2 years ago, is never going to bed mad, why ? Because you never know if you'll have that chance to say I'm sorry. Like tam and adam we were in a biracial relationship for 16 years before his passing. But thankfully we have 3 beautiful kids who resemble him so much 💗 . He is still the love of my life🙏🏼
