i feel the same way about formal wear. the only "formal" clothing I have ATM is like...a goth cupcake dress. and if i had to get fancy in the future i'd probably go for like a super nice gown with a giant collar. I'm super in love with Vide Noir's cathedral motif stuff, so I'd probably cosplay as a cathedral for a formal event.

I wear my dark grey shirt, red tie, black waist coat, black pants, charcoal grey dress boots, black fingerless gloves on the right hand, purple Cain with silver grip, a velvet black coat with a faux fur grey liner and black tophat (I sometimes change out the fur and velvet coat for a colonial/victorian military style coat in black)
