Audible and informative video. Much appreciated.
Now, can one conclude that air-layering is recommended for planting fruit trees in pots? Considering that no use of rootstocks (tolerant of Phytophthora, citrus blight etc.) when using air layering. What I know is that air-layered fruit trees develop no tap root, therefore not to plant in windy areas (speaking under correction). Or maybe we can also share advantages and disadvantages of air-layering.

Good advice only using young branches, i just started marcotting citrus and didn't know how to choose the right branch but all the ones i tried that had brown bark failed and only one that had green bark failed.. the fresher the growth the better they worked

Thanks so much Mr. Raffy in sharing your New Method or Techniques of Marcotting Lemon Tree a family of Citrus Trees. I'll follow your techniques, or procedures once nakapabakasyon ako sa bayan natin, where I could find those kind of mosses among old Acasia Trees or old Mango Trees, or probably Cocopeat would work too perhaps, which ever available sa lugar/visinity namin. Your techniques/method is very amazing, sure I'll follow your procedures.

Great video and tips. Although I would never put a plant in that much organic matter or mix it into my soil. It all rots and creates an anoxic environment that promotes root rot. It also stinks and makes watering difficult.
