Hey thank you! It depends. Do you want to kill mythical bosses no damage or just kill them? Because if you just need a clear, then the central skill tree is is what you need. In other cases, you pour everything into maximum damage and crit. Katana and shield are an absolute must-have on most bosses. Note that the katana is capable of absorbing projectiles. Therefore, the most important gems are Vampires Soul (for blood regen), Soul of Susanoo and Souls Amaterasu (katana upgrade gems), Oxinite Crystal (fast shield recovery after perfect use), Heavy Allow (crit chance) and Leech (lesser blood regen). If you need mobility then Vertigo of course for an extra jump. Since I kill bosses no damage I use Mortal Temptation (+100% damage, but you become a glass cannon). Imperator also good gem if you want to kill several bosses very quickly (Mastermind, High Aurora, Emperor, Queen of Light). With proper use, the Emperor can even almost skip whole phases. Cronofragment, Steel Claw and Phantom Dash good on Beholder. Infinity Edge and Infinite Flare (Spear gems) ideal for a Slime Queen. In general, different gems for different situations 🙂

Im trying to complete the trophies for the cygnus and antenna group but they seem very daunting ( i havent started them yet ) what are your thoughts about them and do you have some general tips for builds/boss rush mode in general? I doesnt have to be no damage. Thank you :)
In my opinion, they are not that difficult if you already have completed all the previous challenges and you know how to behave with every boss. First of all, pay attention to everything related to survival - the middle leveling branch and stones that regenerate blood. Learning to use a shield is also a very good survival skill. As for damage, the katana is an absolute must-have for many bosses. This is wild damage and range. Practice :)
