I met her once in Malibu--before we even saw her we heard her around the corner of the cafe and I immediately knew it was Miley. Sure enough! She was super nice. Such a cool voice.
As someones whos never heard her music or watched whatever show she was on, I didnt really know what to expect but I definitely had a negative view of her. My opinion has changed for the better.

I heard someone say Miley's name yesterday randomly for the first time in a long time and then I open up my TH-cam for the first time today and this was the first video recommendation which I thought was kinda weird...lol...So random
This comment is so humble and honest! Im glad more people are hearing her and seeing her as HER and not "that half naked girl humping a foam finger on the VMAs"
men with ven well, I would call it being in your 20s rather than being crazy. What 20 something do you know that truly is more interested in other people than themselves? I mean a few exists I’m sure but NOT at all the norm. You almost half to be self-centered at that age because you’re trying to figure yourself out, and life and relationships etc. Putting her aside your twenties at least for me were a very fun but introspective time.
I love how honest she is. She's confidant, but humble too. She won me over as soon as she said she was born with everything and then got MORE of everything, so she can't relate to many people. Very refreshing to hear an A-list celebrity be real instead of the phony virtue signaling shit.
Susana Sunshine ...drag queens are performing artists. Literally they’re characters. You don’t go to Disneyland and point at Minnie and say “that 4 foot 1 teenager in a costume”. Pipe down.

It's part of her being normal. Like most the rest of us. Rather it be her dad than other celebrities that she's got the best memories and relationships with. Js
This is one of the biggest surprises I've ever experienced watching an interview. I know/knew NOTHING about Miley Cyrus and only began watching because I was curious to know why Joe would have her on the show. I now think she is one of the most incredible artists I've ever heard in an interview, especially for her age. But even more impressive is the Way Joe encourages Soul searching in his guests, addressing some of the issues Miley has had to overcome in her life as a child star without ever insulting her or demoralizing her; in fact, he does the exact opposite, asks questions in a Way that empowers Miley to speak and reveal her Soul. Honestly, one of most incredible interviews I have ever watched. He must be an amazing father to his children, he is so non-judgmental, and so refreshing to watch. Good job, Joe... Youth need to watch more interviews like this.
Watching JRE has personally helped me through depression. You can listen to this podcast as you go through the day and always feel better about things.
I didn’t dislike her I just wasn’t a fan. The constant negative publicity about her may have clouded the judgement, not sure. As to why these podcasts are great cause u get to hear the individual for who they really are
@@PM-xj5fp Yeah I get it I too have judged people just by rumors and tabloid articles and headlines, it's not really fair to the person. They're just people at the end of the day like the rest of us. But I get it. I hope this reminds you to think more critically of what you read about people in the future.
Your spot on right, he looks great. Nothing wrong with giving a guy a compliment when he’s worked hard at something. That just makes you a honest and decent guy.
You can tell she's done a lot of therapy. All her cues come out hard, she's very self aware and recognizes her issues, and how she gets over it. You can see where she mentions an issue and that is aware of it, but is still able to go on the right path after it anyway.
Yea ur absolutely right you said it perfectly. Honestly it’s so dope... really makes me want to start therapy as well. She’s seems so at peace with who she is and what she’s been through. Very wise.
I have a feeling this is an interview that Miley will never forget. I feel she found this to be not only therapeutic, but humbling as well. Great podcast.
My 8 year old grand daughter wrote a book about coming from a divorced home. It’s about not being in a traditional family. It was the best therapy in the world for her. Some song some write and in Miley’s case, she does both

Joe has this really amazing way of creating a safe space where people feel comfortable to talk about their inner demons and things they struggle with. Love that, keep it up Joe
It's great cause he talked to Miley like a real concerned adult that wanted the best for her, not as an artist or a celebrity, but as a human being. That must be so refreshing for her.
Joe Rogan has some great natural journalistic instincts and a high level of integrity - I agree he does a very important thing in our cultural diaspora
I did not expect this. Two things that stood out to me; Miley’s fight against the media and the way they try to portray her. And, the fact that Joe is able to have this platform. To get real people on and you are able to see the real person. My perspective on Miley has completely changed. It’s a wake up call in a sense. The media can really distort and twist someone too appear in a way that will generate the most clicks. Hats off to you Miley.
It’s tragic really that people are so naive to media manipulation, but it happens literally every day. People rarely even have the headspace to try figure out the multiple sides to an issue that is vaguely portrayed in the media, let alone the wisdom to weigh it up.
I could listen to you both talking for another 2+’hours. I’m 4 years late but this is one of the best interviews I’ve heard ever. Would love to see y’all talk again here in the future. Anytime I listen to either of you I learn something new. Thank you for sharing your stories and wisdom in a mutually respectful way. It doesnt go unnoticed or unappreciated. This is the type of media we need more of🎉. Much love ❤✨
I agree with her. Adults treat children like they're none the wiser and really, they know a lot more than we think. We need to treat them like they're developing humans with brains and ideas and relate to that level. Don't sugarcoat it, don't scare them. Find a balance.
Thats exactly how i parent my boys and half of them are grown and it did them well. I dont lie or sugar coat but i also dont scare them. Balance and honesty.
She sure got a good flow, even too good sometimes. I noticed how she got off track several times and also how she at times almost got a little too emotional. With that being said, she really seems like a sincere and honest person. Would probably be a joy having her in your life!
Yeah if your going to bars that have only ten regulars and if someone new comes in they all get defensive. If you go to a bar in a big city that always has different people coming in then you won't find a bartender who talks like that
She has a very unique voice. It is like she has grown into herself. We have watched this grow up in front of us. Not easy. Her voice rocks! It is almost like a gift.
She is the most sorted , self aware and authentic celebrity, child artist , entertainment business baby ever . I love her clarity of thought . She is not living in a bubble like most celebrity kids sound. She is aware of her privileges and how these affects her reality. She is awesome

@@menwithven8114 To be fair, the interview is all about her.

men with ven well, I would call it being in your 20s rather than being crazy.
