You got it down pack. That rubber mat looks to be something to really invest into. It seems that your lemonade is very popular, is it home made? Ps. I think I seen a milk tea with mango pops, that’s wild
We purchased the truck and did everything ourselves, as you can see in our earlier videos! There wasn't a ton of information so I just kind of figured it out on my own! My husband looked at other youtube videos to figure out how to do the electric
I use these www.webstaurantstore.com/capora-0-50-oz-flavoring-sauce-pump-for-64-fl-oz-plastic-bottles/513SP138W.html but want to switch to these www.webstaurantstore.com/choice-0-5-oz-plastic-condiment-pump-with-11-dip-tube/407CP538W.html
How much tea do you go through in 1 even? 1G? More? I'm working out my equipment list and I'm not sure if I need anything larger then a 1G dispenser. Working in cafes we never went through that much iced tea. Maybe 1G every couple of day. I'm so over thinking this I bet.
Green tea we usually make 6 liters. We can go through that pretty quickly at a busy event. Black tea 3 liters is usually enough and we can always brew more if needed

Just be sure to get a high quality mat because ours is ripping and the rubber is falling apart haha. And no we just use a lemonade concentrate!
