I listen to all of Job's speech. I am now 81 years old and I'm sure the goal for the rest of my life is to die well. I know now that I followed my whole life and followed my heart and if I made a mistake it was that I never made a place for that heart because the academic world was too big and too strong. However that's where I wanted to be and that's where I enjoyed living. I know now, but there's no way to make a place for my heart----I had to accept to beat it up struggling. I succeeded, and I know the rest of my life has the job of dying well and I'm trying to devote myself to that. I'm very happy I outlived Steve Jobs. I'm sorry he went when he had to. I have to report this speech meant nothing to me except the quant remembrance of a man who knew how he had lived.
However, I never got to use an Apple product. Honestly l am less inspired by Apple than by Steve Jobs. I respect the fruits of his shortlived but productive life.

I remember calling Apple crazy, many times over, about dropping the cables, the floppy disk readers, the prices of songs, you name it.
I'm always watching you cause I'm. Worried about you don't be sad I will be sad too
