That always bothered us, too!! The (sort of) explanation is that older Smash games were more likely to use the same victory theme for multiple characters in a series. We wish Wolf was an exception or that they updated his music in a newer entry. If Wolf debuted in Ultimate, he'd definitely have gotten a unique theme based on the Star Wolf music.

I really love the victory theme of the Star Fox characters, but… why Wolf doesn’t have his own? He already has his own theme in the Star Fox games!

To others, Meta Knight's theme is pretty difficult since it is different from Kirby and Dedede. But for me, that theme is so f***ing easy.
