I think so too. :D Her voice is great, compared to some others I tried. Also sorry about the volume. I just figured this out after I finished, but I had lowered my volume in the editor so it seemed really soft. Completely my bad. And yes, since I'm no pro at the utau editor, I wasn't able to fix everything.... You just gotta have the right ust, and the right mixing. I'm sure with those tools, you can make anything sound, well, better. No mixing means that there could be silly errors.
It definitely is way more complicated. If you can use UTAU, you can use Vocaloid like a pro. And yes, that idea is awesome. But I question how it would work. :/ Still sounds awesome. Two thoughts come to mind. One, beg. Two, jobs. Both aren't nice, but hey, getting money is hard.
It's deeper, which is cool~ I would probably tweak the oto a bit to make the consonants stand out more, but that's just me. Yeah, I hate it when that happens. Ah, finding the right ust is difficult sometimes u.u' I'm not experienced enough to fully edit them, so sometimes I don't even bother :I
I'm surprised you haven't heard of steam, but that's ok. And I do have a devianart, I believe, but I haven't logged in in forever. We'll figure this out later. Well, apparently the chinese vocaloid is getting a japanese voicebank, if that helps. (Probably not, but I shall tell anyway.) And there is always hope. Just keep persisting. That seemed to work with me. Took 3 year to get the editor (by that time V3 was out), and a lot of saving, but I finally got it! Never give up!
O-O So much to learn. Man, I wish I had started on the UTAU editor last year when I started this whole youtube thing. It is sooo much easier. Have you seen the GUI? It's beautiful and easy to use. Not only that, but it's made to please. And I would highly suggest it, since it does have a higher quality. Plus, with all the updates and upcoming voicebanks, there is something for anyone.
Oh, she has a nice voice~ I think you made the vocals a tad bit too loud, though. I think there's some wrong pitches... but that's probably the ust's fault. Better than my UTAU, anyways xP
Well, I obviously use the first two quite often, so those would work, I also am an avid gamer, so I'm always on Steam. Skype, etc etc. Now that I think about it, this could work. Well, the editor can be gotten on an eglish site, and then downloaded in english. Then, there are english/japanese voicebanks that could work. But I see the problem. Parents aren't exactly into this, so they wouldn't be completely competent.
UTAU is... pretty complicated xD But you get the hang of it after a while, I guess. Although, I can't quite say since I've never used vocaloid before ^^' Hey! I have an idea. I could help you out with UTAU stuff, since that's all I know. I wouldn't mind~ :U Cool. Now I gotta somehow find a way to buy one... xD
Her voice bank sounds better lower. (More of that proof in a bit :D) And I'll take that into account next time. If I can learn what that means. As do I. D; Well, it takes a bit to learn. I can't even look at the UTAU editor without wondering what things are. :/ It does take practice, but hey, if you like doing it, never give up. If you ever get a vocaloid, I'm assuring you know it is 90 times easier to edit.
I haven't heard of Steam, and Skype makes my computer lag incredibly bad xD I also have a deviantart, but I don't know if you have one of those. My parents also happen to be Chinese... so... they aren't quite... approving of my Japanese fandom stuff... ^^' It's difficult. But hey, maybe they'll surprise me one day. After all, my dad got me a drawing tablet for my b-day. There may be hope!
An oto.ini file is pretty much the fine tuning of the notes to make sure they play on time and properly. It's... hard to explain, I guess. Vocaloid is for sure easier? Dang, I need to buy one then xD I mean, I got the hang of UTAU now [after about a year using it...] but I'm still no good at the pitchbending and such.
I'll look it up later~ I won't give up! I need to make up my mind on which one I want, though... Probably GUMI. I can't use Luo's Chinese cause well, I only know English |D And she doesn't sing my dialect. Ah well.
Oh wow, thank you so much for using Aika in this song~
She sounds lovely singing it ^^
Ay, it is my pleasure to be using her. The voicebank is quite amazing, so thank you.
I have to agree to that. I'm glad you like it!
