She disrupts enemy attacks by putting backspin via a chop block when enemy attacks, also pushing backspinned balls to produce a knuckleball, often varying in spin so it's hard to attack 100%, therefore she gets openings for a counter drive

Pips rubber, including long pips, are legitimate. It can be frustrating, but one has to learn how to play against it.
