Plaited Bread, the Swiss way

- Just a short video showing some steps of this fun, plaited bread. Unfortunately the very beginning of mixing the ingredients were not recorded as I didn't really plan to publish this video. Here is the recipe:
Ingredients:
500 g Zopfmehl / "Zopf" flour
7-10 g white sugar
12 g salt
75 g soft butter
15 g yeast
2.5 dl milk
1 egg
Instructions:
Mix flour, salt, sugar and butter and form a well.
Dissolve yeast in milk and pour into the well.
Knead for about 10 minutes to form a soft, smooth dough, cover and let it rise twice as much for 1 1/2 hours.
Halve the plaited dough and form both halves into strands about 30 cm long, thinner at the ends. Braid it and place it on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Brush the braid with egg and let it rise for another 30 minutes. Brush again with egg.
Preheat oven to 220°C.
Bake in the lower half of the oven for about 25 minutes.
