I mean a lot of that has to do with the fact that most of what you said about Korone can be used to describe Sana. She's honestly up there along side members like Ollie, Ina, and Watame as one of the most genuinely sweet people to ever join Hololive.
I think Korone's definitely beating herself over it though. She's always struggles with social anxiety and as a result will take a long time to invite other Hololive members to do collabs with her. Sometimes she'll only initiate the collab with an individual maybe once or twice in a year. Sana's also made it very clear along with Mumei that Korone is her oshi. But in all honestly, it's very likely that Sana will still be in Korone's streams, not as a Hololive member but as a Koronesuki alongside the rest of us.
"It doesn't have to be soon, but I'd love to collab!" Seeing this gives me sharp pain in my heart. I know those kind words and best wishes of Korone will reach Sana for sure!!

They even take care with not insulting, not saying things that are too lewd, and lets not even speak about how hard it is for them to talk about men and other male vtubers... they feel super isolated to their own company and constantly making effort to not be themselves. And since Coco left, barely no one goes against management and all the hurdles and limitations they put on them
Korone really takes these graduations hard, almost like she keeps thinking she could have done something to prevent them. Just hope she gains to courage to reach out for more collabs so she doesn't get overwhelmed by regret...
She does have a habit of taking these thing's pretty hard, even Kobo who did manage to get one collab with Sana was heart broken when she realized it would be their first and only stream together. Thankfully they'll be fine in due time.
The biggest regret that I have with Sana is that I didn't get to see her collab with MORE people. She went on a crazy blitz at the end there but there are still so many different interactions that never got to happen which I'm sad that I'll never see. It still kind of feels like many of the girls let the language barrier stop them from wanting to do collabs even in situations where each of them understands some of the other's language. On the one hand, I can understand the logic behind that but on the other hand I see someone like Towa who speaks very little English but who still does several collabs with EN members who speak little to no Japanese and the results were amazing. Mumei put it best by describing her English as "passionate" to where she gets her point across and everyone is filled with joy because of it. I want to see MORE interactions like that between the branches because they are incredibly entertaining and seem to grow the bonds between the different members despite the language barrier. Another really brave member seems to be Kobo as she speaks very little Japanese and probably has the weakest English in ID yet she collabs with EVERYONE and makes it work and it's always fun to watch.
My biggest sadness about the whole thing is that in the flurry of collaborations Sana did before she graduated, we actually saw a different side of her. She usually kept to herself and didn't collab too much, but in the weeks before her graduation she connected with so many other members and made AWESOME content. It was like she was made to collab, she fit everyone's style and blended herself into their humour type so well. Her collaborations were some of the most entertaining hololive content I've watched, she got the best, funniest, and most heartfelt scenarios out of everyone. Not to mention that she speaks Japanese extremely well (not native level, but fluent for a second language) so she could have done the same with EVERYONE. It makes me wish she had leaned into that sooner, because if more people saw that side of her then I think she could have rocketed up to one of the biggest talents in hololive EN. Unfortunately her private life and health issues stalled that... it's just a real shame.
The worst part of graduation is not the graduation itself, it's seeing them crying and the lot of collabs that would never happend, when coco graduated it broke my heart seeing botan crying :(
Sana and Korone being my two oshis, hearing Korosan say this makes me really happy. Sana's positivity has always been the same wholesome energy that Korone also has. They both also cherish their community a lot, and it shows in their content. I love them both so much I'm really sad they couldn't collab at least once. I hope from time to time everyone is keeping in touch with each other after their graduation. It's not everyday you can meet genuine people and then a group of people who you used to work with.
This is the shit I hate to see. Sana left for a reason and I'm sure it's a good one. I don't doubt she will be happy and successful outside of Hololive. But these regrets, these opportunities left untaken, these things she can never revisit and people she'll never get to work and play with, this is what kills me. I see Korone's and Shion's and Choco's messages on Sana's card and I remember Botan crying in Ark at Coco's graduation saying how she wishes she got to know Coco better before it was too late. I see how much fun Sana had with members she barely interacted with in her final weeks and I wish they had all been able to deepen those short, bright friendships. There's never enough time for everything, but Sana's time in particular just felt far too fleeting

While it sucks we won't ever get that Koro/Sana collab, Korone now has a lot of opportunity to interact with Sana in their free time on a personal level without the pressures of collab or coworker considerations, and just have unfiltered fun. A win for them, maybe, even though it might look like a loss for us.

I don't believe that Korone or anyone thought that Sana would leave Hololive so soon. On top of that, Sana having health issues also collabs would have been harder to do. Add to the fact Korone in general doesn't really do 1 on 1 collabs too much (she and Fubuki just did their first collab with just themselves this year despite being in gamers for a few years) and yea it is sad that these 2 didn't collab. I think had Sana not left, these two would have eventually collab.
It's alright to have regrets in life, it's how we evolve as people. But since it appears that Sana is IRL friends with Kiara, I'm pretty sure she can convey any propositions to off-collab or an official one with her non-HL persona if management approves (which considering Korone's standing they'd be more likely agree too as they all parted on good terms despite the unfortunate medical stuff). I see this video after someone saying that Sana didn't graduate for "back pains" but because she couldn't keep Drawing and Streaming at the same time...
i think if jp and en members want to collab they just need to go for it and not worry about the langauge barrier. because if you do, nothing would EVER get accomplished which would be heartbreaking if someone graduates.

Regrets called regrets for a reason. No one can turn back time, look forward korone. We all know Korone and Sananana are good friends. Theres a lot of opportunities in the future, maybe not as hololive collab, but as friends 😇
I don't believe that Korone or anyone thought that Sana would leave Hololive so soon. On top of that, Sana having health issues also collabs would have been harder to do. Add to the fact Korone in general doesn't really do 1 on 1 collabs too much (she and Fubuki just did their first collab with just themselves this year despite being in gamers for a few years) and yea it is sad that these 2 didn't collab. I think had Sana not left, these two would have eventually collab.
It's alright to have regrets in life, it's how we evolve as people. But since it appears that Sana is IRL friends with Kiara, I'm pretty sure she can convey any propositions to off-collab or an official one with her non-HL persona if management approves (which considering Korone's standing they'd be more likely agree too as they all parted on good terms despite the unfortunate medical stuff). For everyone that leaves on good terms with whatever group they're with, we wish them all the best.
