Yes the Background music when Stolas shows up is his personal theme. In fact during the fight the music shifts as focus changes. Millie's music has that western whistle sound in it, Moxie has amore orchestral sound, and Blitzo/Loona have a more rock back track. Now as to who Stolas is, he is a biblical demon one of the Aris Goietia a group of demons King Solomon consulted, as documented in the lesser Key of Solomon. Stolas taught mankind Astronomy, Astrology and Herbology in the show his domain is Finding Prophecies in the Earth's stars. During the Harvest Moon Festival he opened a portal in the Sky of Warth directly to Earth's sky bathing the festival in real moonlight. Stolas is high ranking but his Father Piemon is one Lucifer's right hand demons. In the Hellva Boss/Hasbin Hotel universe Lucifer is overall king of Hell as well as the prince of the Pride ring, where all sinners are restricted to. Lilith, first wife of he Biblical Ada, serves as Queen of Hell and together they had Charlie the princess of Hell who is the main character of Hasbin Hotel and wants to reform sinners. The rules of the 9 Circles are directly below the royal family, followed by the Lesser Kings then the Lesser Princes which Stolas is one of. Below them are Demon Overlords (Sinners of Natural demons of great power), then regular demons (Sinners or natural born demons), The Imp's, and the Hellhounds all the way at the bottom. Stolas sleeping with an Imp is scandalous, of he had high ranking mistress(mister?) His wife wouldn't be out to kill him.

Blitzø really showed he cares about all his employees in this episode giving Moxxie compliments then seeing if Millie needed anything like a gun or some water and of course he is proud of his adopted daughter Loona.

in answer to your question Stolas is a demon prince but not the prince of hell over all. there is a whole heigharchy to being a prince of hell with there being 4 main princes, Lucifer, Leviathan, Satan and Belial, and then like 8 sub princes beneath them and so on. I think over all there are like 72 demon princes of hell in the Ars Goetia which stoles is a part of.
