Hi, In your explanation, you suggested creating Purchase agreement in Procurement > setup > Price and Discounts....then what is the Purchase agreement that is available in Procurement and Sourcing > Purchase Agreements > Purchase Agreements?
Using this navigation you can create trade agreement journal names (Which we only create in the first time) Procurement > Setup> Price and Discounts And using Procurement and Sourcing > Purchase Agreements > Purchase Agreements, we can create actual trade agreements to set prices or discounts (to create this purchase trade agreement we use trade agreement journal names ) If you still have confusion then you can message me on LinkedIn, and I'll help you with this.
Hi, Another question. Please provide the navigation steps to edit a posted purchase agreement line. Your video doesn't provide the navigation.. In Procurement and Sourcing > Prices and discounts > Trade Agreement Journals> Lines; I don't find the option.
To edit a posted purchase agreement line in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, you can follow these navigation steps: Go to the "Procurement and Sourcing" module. Navigate to "Purchase Agreements" under the "Purchase Agreements" submenu. In the "All Purchase Agreements" form, locate and open the purchase agreement that contains the line you want to edit. Within the purchase agreement form, go to the "Lines" tab. Locate the specific posted line that you wish to edit and select it. Once the line is selected, click on the "Edit" button in the ribbon or right-click on the line and choose "Edit" from the context menu. Make the necessary changes to the line, such as updating quantities, prices, or other relevant information. After making the required edits, save the changes by clicking on the "Save" button Post this trade agreement. If you still have question, you can message me on LinkedIn , I'm happy to help you in this .

Hi, Why should I validate the agreement lines before I post the lines?
Validating trade agreement lines ensures accuracy and compliance before posting.
