    Man, the crap you go through to try and find us the most affordable places to live...dont think we don't appreciate it, either. Thank you. Personally, I could live there. I don't ask for much in life. But if I'm going to have to live with room mates, they're gonna lower my rent. I ain't paying over $500 for a roach infested place. Like I said, I don't ask for much but what I do demand is a roach free environment. No mice, either. No thanks. And that landlord needs to go to the woodshed for punishing lower income people by forcing them to live like that. Without the roaches though, it's doable for me. I'd turn the bedroom into a living room with a pull out sofa. Thanks for the show, Big Super.

      You can live in a place with free roaches and bed bugs? No thanks. 900 a month on that shit? My mortgage is cheaper than that on a 3 bed 2 bath house. Obviously, the “landlord” couldn’t even bother to sweep up the roaches and mouse droppings before someone came and looked at it, so you can tell for sure nothing will every be fixed or exterminated for you there. I am sorry but the prices are ridiculous now in Phoenix, idk how people afford to live there. The incomes aren’t even much better than where I live now and the property market is at least 3x the price.

    You should do a series on The Zone (Tent City)! Maybe interview some of the people down there and see why they are down there. Is it the rent? Mental illness? Drugs? It may explode your channel! Best of luck!

      @@wanaraz you know that people can’t afford housing because of “business” right? Our minimum wage is $12 something an hour. Most places require 3x the rent as an income requirement. A person working full time at an honest job may not qualify for this dump. It’s absolutely greed and you choosing to be blind to it and only care about yourself only makes it more obvious.

    Interesting fact, this place is on the market for $420,000 now as a triplex. It was originally listed at $460K but likely due to no interest, the price has been lowered. Just one of many multiunit properties in the area that are over-priced both as a rental and to buy

    A whole lotta people pushing carts around there because right around the corner are quite a few scrap yards. They're grabbing all the cans, copper piping, aluminum siding, rims and tires...anything they can turn around and sell to support their "habit". I worked over there for 10+ years and I'm a native to Arizona. This market is insane right now so I understand people gotta do what they gotta do. Don't put anything on your porch that you don't want stolen cause they will take it and sell it at the scrap yard or pawn shop. Ladies, when you get out to get gas don't be texting or scrolling social media...keep your eyes up and on your surroundings. Az is #1 for car theft and you don't wanna get jacked. When you're done pumping, get in your car and lock your door immediately after you enter and then check your phone, etc. Do your best to take away any opportunity for them to jack your 💩 or snatch your 🍑 cause sex trafficking is very real too. Consider carrying if you're gonna live in that area. I never had any problems personally but "I stay ready so I ain't gotta get ready". 😂 Just looking out for y'all. 🥰 #KnowledgeIsPower

    • @TeeSwt
      @TeeSwt 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      YOU are so correct. Ladies and gentlemen need to pay attention doesn't matter where you live. Crime is everywhere now days. Stories I have seen of the sex trafficking is sad. Like you said say ready so you don't have to get ready. I'm the same way. Get pepper spray on your keys. Make sure to lock doors house and car's. When you come out the house look arroud before walking to yiu car same thing when you come home look around. Check your phone when you are safe. So many people give the phone all the attention. Get camers don't answer your front door and if you do have something pepper spray or something of choice😁😆. Pay attention driving make sure no one is following you. Just be careful people and stay prayed up because danger is everywhere.
      Be safe and blessed ALWAYS😇🙏👼🙌

      Arizonas rental taxes are ridiculous, and tbh i dont really understand them either, i just pay them. Basically tack on 100-200 dollars to the base rental prices. My base rent for my 2 bed 2 bath is 1805, but I pay 2k a month usually. That does include water, but its only like 20-40 of that. Obviously you pay for it as a collective building. So say my building has all units rented out, all the water used for that building is divided by the units. Essentially, you pay more, the more vacancies you have in a building because the dividing number would be less.

When I rented, I don't think there were 2 apartments that paid the same amount of rent. Rent control...that's all I am saying.
