Hyperspace Tractor and Firecracker Special Buff with Assassin

When I get the weapon it doesnt do the whirlwind attack why is that

Wdym? The weapon does whirlwinds at the start and end of casting, it also casts an additional whirlwind per cable when an enemy is within its vicinity. Perhaps you need to restart the game.

@@baddie_inspector For me it also has 10 charges I reset the game and it's still like that

@@CityofKentro Maybe try another run and hit an enemy. Mana consumption does both cables and whirlwinds, so having only one of the two shouldn't be possible.
