Life hack: put vinegar in a small spray bottle for spraying on certain foods, like potato chips! It's great on french fries and salad!! Every spot gets a bit of vinegar😉✌🥔

I always smash eggs when I cracked them 2 handed. My dad taught me how to crack them 1 handed as a kid and I've always preferred it that way :)

The problem with microwave time standardization is altitude. Someone cooking at 50ft above sea level vs 500 ft or 5000ft are all going to have different results

Ashley Colley of course! Some microwave food even has specific instructions based on altitude. I had a bag of popcorn that listed approximate
times based on altitude and I thought it was so neat!
I think wattage plays a role too. 700 watt vs 1000watt. At least here in Korea lol

K Clarke I also live in Ontario, Canada, like Rachel, and I don’t really know how to explain it. It’s just the way it’s sold everywhere. You can buy 1 litre or 2 litres in cartons, or you can buy 4 litres in three bags packaged in a bigger bag. And it’s waaaaay cheaper to buy it in the bags than in the cartons. You just have to buy a milk jug first. 😀

When Chris said to put the chips on a sandwich, I nearly cried! When I was a kid and we drove to FL from IL for vacation, there weren’t McDonald’s off of every exit like today (I am 56) so my mom would make bologna and potato chip sandwiches for us! Fun trips, thanks Chris for reminding me of them!

I just made a chocolate soufflé/muffin thing with a beaten egg, a tablespoon of peanut butter and lots of hot chocolate powder. Microwave for 1.5 mins, leave to cool slightly, then eat!

For the chips I've tried slicing them with a grater, so much easier and faster, then you put them on a bowl with ice for like 5 minutes, dry them a litlle bit and take them to the microwave, they'll be done in 3 minutes!
