And get all the benefits from it, just like she did, I see a lot of flavors in there, I bet it's delicious, plus she is clearly into organic food, and those powders are full of shitty things you can substitute with actual veggies, so there's no need of "seasoning" ✌🏻

Shes French creole and Mexican American! For those who don't know, her father is Peter Escovedo ,the brother of Sheila E. She looks just like him. Him and his wife weren't in a good place when they had her, so Lionel and his wife stepped in and offered a better life for her. Aka ... The simple life. No pun intended.

I really enjoyed this. I was in the US recently and was amazed that the cans don’t have pull tabs to remove lids! In Australia I barely ever need a can opener, just for the odd foreign can of something or other😀

I never liked her hanging around Paris. Now that she is married with children she is glowing. No makeup,hair,or fancy clothes and she has never been more beautiful. Now I would watch her anytime! Glad to not see her acting badly in rag magazines and happy she survived to be happy.

Lmao you right! The tomatoes give a lot a flavor though and so do the herbs and garlic, I think it just won’t be very salty. It will have a milder flavor.

Lots of flavour needed for spaghetti boll.... Firstly really brown the mince til crispy.. .. Add two grated carrots, chopped carrots, two grated zucchini, one cup mashed pumpkin, oregano, salt, pepper, sugar, one teaspoon curry powder, big shake of morrocon seasoning, big shake of Italian herbs, two large tins of tomatoes... Cook slowly for one and half hours... Now we are talking.
People make it in different ways, i didn't know you can pour in milk to make the sauce. Is this the italian way?
A tip for those of you with small hands and/or weak wrists: You do not need a full sized chef's knife just because "the experts" tell you to have one. You must be totally comfortable with a sharp knife for its safe use. My santoku knife has a 6 inch blade which handles nearly all my chopping and dicing tasks very well. My God, Nicole's knife belongs in a slasher movie.

NOTHING WAS SEASONED IN THIS ENTIRE MEAL!!! All she did was coat that pot with some olive oil and throw in the veg. Then she poured wine & milk in the pot along with unseasoned beef plus those lawn clippings she calls bay leaf and 2 sprigs of thyme. I get lowering your salt in take, but that doesn't mean your food needs to be bland.
She added the salt and pepper first pay attention lol

CLASSIC BOLOGNESE SAUCE
Regions:
Emilia Romagna (Italy)
Ingredients:
Ingredients for 4 people
300 g of coarsely ground beef (folder or belly or shoulder fusone or spindle)
150 g of pork belly
50 g of yellow carrot
50 g of celery stick
50 g onion
300 g of tomato sauce or peeled
½ glass of red wine
1 glass of whole milk, a little olive oil or butter broth
salt and pepper
½ glass of liquid whipping cream (optional)
Melt, in a terracotta or thick aluminum pan, about twenty centimeters in diameter, the bacon cut into cubes first and then finely chopped with the crescent. Combine three tablespoons of oil or fifty grams of butter and the finely chopped odors and gently wilt. Add the minced meat and mix well with a ladle making it brown until it "sizzles". Pour in the wine and stir gently until it has completely evaporated. Add the passata or the peeled tomatoes, cover and simmer slowly for about two hours, adding broth when necessary; towards the end add the milk to soften the acidity of the tomato. Season with salt and pepper. When the sauce is ready, according to the Bolognese use, add the cream if it is to season dry pasta. For noodles its use is to be excluded.
This is the updated recipe for real Bolognese sauce, filed on 17 October 1982 by the Bolognese delegation of the Italian Academy of Cuisine at the Bologna Chamber of Commerce.

Her recipe? That recipe is what you find in the top search link on Google. It's a very basic recipe for a quick version of bolognese sauce. I don't see anything she added to it that makes it unique to her.
