If the academic record z weak.. Like all the academic record, FA, BA, MA z second division only matric z first division.. So selection in fpsc z impossible.. Despite of all tht fpsc criteria z second dividion master or bachelor degree they demand from a candidate.. Plz clarify my observations tht will lead me on the right direction.. Thank you
