What is the process, I'm trying to help out a distant relative. I saw a position that he would be interested in but it isn't clear on what to do, they refer you to the DOL or state workforce website, but you need a social security number or itin number and obviously he wouldn't have one. I do see that the job has an ETA case number, phone number and website, all the other relevant information pay hours ect... Is the prospective worker supposed to apply for the H2A visa with this given information and then apply for the job once given a itin number? I'm confused please help.
