2019 - 2020 GMC Sierra Key Fob Battery Replacement - EASY DIY - NO TOOLS

Thank you !!! The GMC owners manual shows you how to destroy the key fob. Mine was really stuck closed and didn't want to pry apart.. and I tried and tried "carefully". But seeing you do it, I knew it would come apart. I got one edge to lift slightly. I stopped. I figured the plastic was just dry and hardened from 2020.... SOOO... I got out the good ole WD40 and sprayed the separation area LIGHTLY .. then it pryed right off. WD40 isn't always the answer... but it does seem to "creep" into the slightest crevice's. I was concerned not to get the little electronics wet with it. Anyway, for those reading this, you might keep this in mind so you don't destroy that keyfob. Without this U-Tube presentation, I think I might have ruined it.
