You understood the symbolism very well. The only thing I would add is that I think that in keeping with the "inside is the outside" lyric, the frozen lake symbolises the shut-down heart of the grief-stricken boy (whose mother has died). Diana - cast in the film both as the spirit of Lake Baikal and as the voice of the boy's mother - is not only the boy's spirit guide but the spirit of the boy himself, struggling to break through the barrier of his grief into life.

The film is a mystical story about a boy who lost his mother and is now looking for the meaning of life. He gets lost out on the vast Lake Baikal on the ice during a fierce storm. He is helped by the Spirit of Baikal (for which Diana provides the ethereal voice). She also provides the voice of the boy's deceased mother who is connected with events in the film. Diana's video is a combination of scenes from the film and some added effects with Diana as The Spirit. All-in-all a pretty cool video and what looks like a very good film, due to be released on the 19th. It has already won Best Feature Film at the Baikal Film Festival. According to one of them, on Baikal, under the thickness of its waters, there is a world tree, in this place the worlds intersect. The world tree is protected by the ancient spirit of Baikal (this is what the song is about). Locals respect Baikal and are a little afraid. You can't swear on Baikal. If you come to this place with anger, the spirit will plunge you into darkness (deadly melancholy) and perhaps take you with it under the water, if you came with joy and goodness, this spirit will increase them. Блин, я тоже об этом написала ему и еще человек. Да, это бесит, когда сравнивают наши песни с плагиатом Мадонны на Ворону от Линды.
Не Frozen а Crow. Мадона свой фрозен не с потолка взяла.
Сюжет этого видео таков:
Мальчик потерялся ночью на льду озера Байкал.
У него нет сил и он лежит и замерзает.
Зимой, в сильный холод, чтобы не замерзнуть,
нужно непрерывно двигаться!
По преданиям озеро Байкал охраняет его дух.
Так вот этот дух видит замерзающего неподвижного
мальчика и решает спасти его.
Дух( в исполнении Дианы) предстает перед мальчиком
в образе его погибшей мамы и говорит мальчику,
что бы он двигался, иначе замерзнет насмерть!
Потом уже в образе духа Байкала, немного пугает
мальчика и он начинает двигаться- это его и спасает!
Наступает утро и мальчик выходит к берегу озера, там его и спасают взрослые, которые его ищут всю ночь!
