Seaweed has iodine and b12 particularly nori. Your body makes creatine. Zinc is also plentiful in plant foods. Lectins and phytic acid is mostly removed by soaking and cooking so are oxylates.

Those are a natural byproduct of animal metabolism, or of a healthy gut microbiome.
Avoid eating raw kidney beans and you’ll be fine on the lectin front - even soaking them overnight reduces their lectin content by over 90%

Just flagging that there seems to be a decline in the quality of this channel lately. If anything I am biased in favour of these pro-vegan points, so I think it is troubling that recent videos have rubbed me the wrong way.
Two ways of looking at this from a doctors view yes their educated but how educated are they on nutrition how much studying do they do during their study period i can tell you because i helped my son go through university studying medicine and i asked him and he told me it’s such a tiny fraction of his studies that he can hardly remember and when you see doctors say with early signs say of pre diabetes most will there’s a drug that can deal with that help with insulin levels instead of talking and explaining how you’ve got to that position in the first place by over indulging in wrong foods like sugary things carbs etc and by changing your thinking on foods you can cope with spikes of blood sugar which is happening often in your body , tell people in a quick way how the body deals with to much glucose in the blood and how you can stop that happening to frequently.

This is a mutual subject, some people cant handle a Vegan Diet while others can, it all depends on your genes and what you were fed as a toddller and also what your parents were consuming. A rampant change in diet can be dangerous and cause chemical imbalance and may lead to damage in body, I would say try Vegetarian first for 6 months, then go vegan slowely for the next 3 months, if your body dosn't change or tolerate it well you can always switch back over to your normal Ancesterol diet.
