It reminds me that we are products of our own environment. There was a time when I was laid back, obsessive, and easily hurt. I used to harbor a lot of distrust towards men. However, I learned a lot as I grew older by reflecting on and analyzing my feelings. Now, I'm trying to find where I stand and figure out the best way to deal with my emotions. I often tell myself not to care about things I can't control, but the awareness I've gained still lingers within me.
I love this episode. So much wisdom, ladies! Please make Lauren a regular guest :)

sharing my 2 cents with regards to asking help from others / saying NO to other people's help.
Whenever we say NO to others, it is also like saying NO from God's blessings. Because God has put this person in your life to be a channel of blessing and yet we are blocking it because we wanted to figure it out on our own or mainly ma-pride tayo (it takes courage to accept it huhu) na dapat kayanin natin mag isa.
I'm not trying to be religious here but sometimes we tend forget that God is there and He holds everything. So ayun, be glad to accept help because ginamit lang sila.. si Lord talaga yun helping us 🤗 and vice versa magpagamit rin tayo sa Lord to be a channel of blessing sa buhay ng ibang tao.

I love this episode! I learned a lot. This world is so cruel even you have doubt on yourself, your life, choices, wants, etc. It is really important to communicate how you feel and to know what you really want in this life. 😢

Incidents and situations happen to test a long time friendship or any relationship for that matter, for us to realize exactly who we really are as a person and who we are supposed to be with.
You can’t make oil mix with water. The two repel each other. And that’s just how it is.
If your values and principles are not in any way aligned with the people you thought were your so called friends or significant other, you simply have to let go and look for your own tribe where you’ll see yourself flourish, shine and thrive.🌱🌿🍃🌿🍃
