  • If you're looking for the best cookware, I have some favorites to share.
My favorite pots and pans are very durable and perform really well. I've had most of them for close to a decade, so I feel confident recommending them to you.
Using the best cookware makes a big difference in how your food turns out and your experience of cooking too.

Totally agreed about buying sets.. I have several sets of cookware .. but using only few pieces from the sets on a regular basis..

That was me too! Ended up just creating my own set and donating all those pieces I never used.

If you can do it, I'd like to see also a video about the best bakeware, ceramic, stainless steel, cast iron, sizes, and types

Would love a second one for utensils and other kitchen tools (like the kitchen-aid in the back)

Two comments I'd like to make. Firstly, I used to be fairly happy with my All-Clad SS pots and pans (though they have the worst customer service I've yet experienced with a supposedly good company) until I bought my Daughter a tin lined Copper skillet and lid from Duparquet for her wedding present. They can also be ordered with a silver lining. Upon hearing feedback, I bought myself a sauté pan and a 4 quart pot - and now nothing else seems good enough for this short life of ours.
As for the enameled Cast Iron, for baking bread you owe yourself a treat and try on the ceramic Emil Henry dutch ovens/bread baking pans. They are far more even for even conduction and a fairly decent price. Oh, and they are freezer to microware safe and good to 600 degrees. What's not to love? ;)

I definitely agree with your point on the coated cast iron skillet - it never gets as non-stick as the traditional iron skillets like Lodge. I've been using my carbon steel for many many years and it's now super slick just like your Lodge! Anyway thanks so much for the great review, Olga!

I definitely want to try carbon steel soon. I’ve heard so many great things about it.

Thank you so much for this video, it was great and I totally agree about the stainless steel vs enameled cast iron pot. I saved to buy the le creuset Dutch oven, but I honestly prefer my stainless steel one and cook with it all the time instead.

I watched one of your older videos where you made a one skillet dinner in what looked like a Caraway skillet. Do you no longer use those and prefer stainless and cast iron?

@@OlgasFlavorFactory I like LeCruse , I have several nonstick pans from Curtis Stone.. also have stainless still skillet.. like them all. Curtis Stone once they work well but the exterior is hard to clean.. and if it lite in color ( I have turquoise ) they stained very easily and doesn’t clean ..

Hello! Do you happen to have a delta champagne bronze faucet? What is the matching purified water faucet from?

    • @OlgasFlavorFactory
      @OlgasFlavorFactory  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi!
The faucet we have is this one: Kraus Oletto Single Handle Touch Pull Down Sprayer Faucet in Brushed Gold (we got it at Home Depot)
I don’t remember where we got the water filter faucet or the brand.

I bought sets because it was cheaper to buy the whole set than only getting those individual pieces I really wanted. Have you experienced the same thing?
