Thank you!! I went from Interlaken > St Moritz > Zermatt! It’s roundabout but it’s because glacier express has limited routes 🤣

It is not a tax for single persons, but for a single cheese portion ( the smallest pan and heater has a capacity for 2 to 4 portions (persons), so the effort of the hotel for 1 portion is nearly as big as for two portions.
