Thanks Dr. Meldrum (aka, Mark). I was going to be "Bionic Tutor" but then I wanted a cute mascot to convey that learning should be fun, and I like turtles. So Bionic Tutor --> Bionic Turtle. The advantage is, people say it's cute and memorable. The disadvantage is, the name doesn't convey what we do. My recommendation for future entrepreneurs thinking about their company name: 1. Shorter is better; 2. If you can associate with product/service, that's best; 3. Don't obsess over the name or logo--definitely do not spend a long time on logo!--these are not the key to success/failure; rather, get on with it, just pick something, get started, and be *consistent*
oh, and Bionic Turtle is also a juxtaposition: the Turtle is an endearing archetype and symbolic of wisdom; she/he might be slow, as some of us feel like slow learners, but is dedicated to goal. "Bionic" is our tech-enabled assistance. A Bionic Turtle is assisted by technology. In an obscure poetic way, Bionic Turtle is optimistic about the role of technology in the acquisition of knowledge. But, hopefully he's cute and likeable.
Love the encouragement and the real perspectives. I once was in that “almost passed and almost gave up” seat. Dr. Mark Meldrum personally looked over and adviced me that I was “so close and should keep going”. A year later, I passed level 3 and now really appreciate the encouragement Dr. Mark gave. So those that did not make it now, just keep going!
By the way you could work for td ameritrade and sink or swim teaching on their platform. The ricketts own Chicago Cubs but they also own it also own Td ameritrade. And you can work with them to open up the baseball team again in Montreal. I loved the expo I was sad when that team went away. I was told that Montreal resembles France and it's a very student town lots of cafes beautiful city my friend Ross lived in Montreal he loved it.

Using these to minimize volatility of the portfolio. You can make money but the goal is to stabilize the stabilized of porfolio and let the equities grow. So this becomes a hedging strategy.

I failed after studying for over 500 hours. Used your stuff Mark and thought I was going to crack it, but alas. I'll try again in November.
Best thing to do is to combine MM videos&reviews with CFAi EOC and BB. I combined the both and managed to pass with ease.

The 2023 content cannot be released until registration opens - but once it opens for Feb, we will open all 2023 exam dates. So about 6 weeks.

Access will be on the site until Dec/24
Mark should also teach FRM going forward. I plan to do Level 3 in September and FRM Level I in November. But damn gonna be lots of Ritalin
