David Brown 995 Fuel Issue Repair

Diagnose and repair fuel issue after idling tractor surges a few times and stops.
Inlet to the primer glass bulb showed a stream of air bubbles while priming. I sprayed canola oil over the compression fitting and pipe, and the bubbles stopped.
Solutions:
tighten fitting - reduced amount of bubbles
remove compression fitting and withdraw pipe and baby olive. clean olive, add to Martini, shake and don't stir. Problem fixed.
Now the battery is flat from trying to purge air from injectors.Putting on charge while I get my sister from the airport.. if I can find enough extension leads.
