Hi! I see a lot of conflicting comments here so let me just clarify some things. Sorry I took a while to respond. I haven't checked on this account for some time. Also, I've been reading your comments and it made me reflect. Like most videos on youtube about cheaters in IDV, my purpose for uploading this is to raise awareness; that these players exist and hopefully get them banned by reporting their accounts. It just so happened that it's a teammate who is cheating and not the opposing faction like most videos on TH-cam. Nevertheless, it's still wrong and unfair not only to the hunter but to the random teammates as well. We played the game fairly and did our best to get a tie. (Note, I go solo on rank and my fellow surv in this match were playing solo as well, if I'm not mistaken.) I'm sure the Ann in this match feels bad too. Who wouldn't? I can play on both factions so I do understand. Post-match chat was okay, no trash-talking etc. The others left the chat. So, It's just me and Explorer saying we need to report the player. Unfortunately, the reply I got from NE after sending them an email is just the standard "thank you for your just report". I'm not sure if this specific cheater is still active but the amount of cheaters in this game doesn't seem to decrease; it's alarming. That's the problem. The devs aren't doing anything to fix issues like this. At least, make it harder for cheaters to hack your game. It ruins the fun and the players' efforts as well. Imagine, grinding every rank hours to get in a higher tier and someone just cheats their way up. I really enjoy playing IDV since it's one of the few games me and my friends actively play. It's not fun if you encounter hackers every now and then is it? Furthermore, I think this is not a rare occurrence anymore and it's sad NE doesn't notice this. That's why in order to avoid such issues in the future, NE should acknowledge that this is happening and fix it. It destroys the whole IDV community. Hunter didn't deserve that lose. We earned that tie, but we didn't deserve that win. That was previous season. It's a new season now, tiers had been reset. Yet, cheater accounts still exists and there's no updates about that from the devs. Will there be more matches like this? Let's hope not.
I agree with everything you said except for the assumption that the devs are doing nothing, just because you got a standard response. Also for the record, I've seen exactly 1 hacker in the 2 years I've been playing. If anything you can fault the devs for bad communication. Hope they do find a way to stop hacks like these.
As a Pros main im disgusted- i ranked till B badge 2 years ago sadly players became toxic and use not real strat like slugging for win... teamates can also be tixic too by refusing rescue or else just bcs theyre upset at us or smt...
Omg... didn't expect to see this on TH-cam, but hey! I'm the Kurt in this match! :D Honestly, looking back on this now, I really wish I stayed and gave the hunter a tie at least. It's not a satisfactory excuse, but I was so surprised at what was going on that I just wanted to get the match over with and check the entire recording just to be sure that was a legit hack and not... well, a bug of sorts. I've reported the hacker's account after the match; though it's been a while since I played, so I don't know if they're still around. They probably are tbh. NE is quite lenient with these cases, after all. P.S: You did a great job as Gravekeeper! I hope your rank endeavors don't have any more of this nonsense happening nowadays! :)

If I was in a match and a teammate did that, honestly I would just throw the match. If they are so desperate to rank up, actually learn to play better... I know I am not that great at the game, but it's fun until people do things that are unfair like that. Poor hunter. I know throwing matches isn't the best thing, but I think it's a good enough reason to so that hackers/cheaters don't get their victory.

Identity V is one of these type of games like Clash of Clans, Clash Royale or hell even Raid Shadow Legends are games that are server sided, and to hack them you would have to get into the client of the company of this game and modify the files that you want from there. If I was a hacker, I wouldn’t be dumb, and I wouldn’t let everyone know I’m a dirty cockroach who plays with cheats on ranked matches ._.
Most likely Exits channel right after the match, Ive met with a hunter that hacked it was a leo, and they instantly exited the post match after the match when we wanted to confront him about it

I've met that player before, SunieKem. He was playing as an Explorer. Not even 2 mins he finished decoding everything, and opened the 2 gates. It was a rank match. The hunter got frustrated and surendered before everyone got out. It seriously took away the enjoyment of playing.

ok when you were trying to bodyblock with your dirt, as an andrew main i know some things about the dirt speed. dirt is ideal for bodyblocking just in case someone is a little more far ahead than you, and dirt is normally the same speed as the hunter, so the hunter can't worm their way ahead of you. IF THE NORTON IS FASTER THAN THE DIRT SPEED I FEEL HORRIBLE FOR THE HUNTER
I play this game called Mobile Legends Bang Bang, and they efficiently get rid of hackers and cheater, and the punishments are severe too. After being caught a few times, your account basically gets a lifetime ban. Idv should really learn from them, as they look into most reports and ban cheaters immediately
This happened to me once! I was the one going zoom though. But basically my internet was being super crappy so I took off mobile data and I got reconnected then from some reason I just went super speedy like every where, I'm not a hacker though lol. It really came to my advantage as well (sorry I don't speak good english hope this was understandable)

ok when you were trying to bodyblock with your dirt, as an andrew main i know some things about the dirt speed. dirt is ideal for bodyblocking just in case someone is a little more far ahead than you, and dirt is normally the same speed as the hunter, so the hunter can't worm their way ahead of you.

I play this game called Mobile Legends Bang Bang, and they efficiently get rid of hackers and cheater, and the punishments are severe too. After being caught a few times, your account basically gets a lifetime ban. Idv should really learn from them, as they look into most reports and ban cheaters immediately

This happened to me once! I was the one going zoom though. But basically my internet was being super crappy so I took off mobile data and I got reconnected then from some reason I just went super speedy like every where, I'm not a hacker though lol. It really came to my advantage as well (sorry I don't speak good english hope this was understandable)

For people who says it´s his ping (Idk who would say that but ok lol) that happen only when u are with bad ping, this guy wasn´t having wifi issues, also when u had a bad ping and this happens it actually happen for 5 seconds or less, more than that is a reconnecting and your character just stand there reconnecting
