The pochero is not properly cooked. It is dry it is not the way to cook pochero, plus the fact that you mentioned Dada the pork is brittle, not tender hahahaha. This is ordinary, thank you Dada for the info we're not going there. And the rest recipes are just so normal/ordinary like seafood sisig the color is not appealing and the fried chicken is not really that exciting. hahahahaha
