It's a Thursday evening and you're on a plane to Florida for a Business Conference. If you were hoping to get some rest, don't get ahead of yourself. Quin is sitting next to you. Quin is headed to Florida for the Holidays with Dad. Quin is going to talk to you whether or not you engage in conversation, so you might as well participate.

This reminds me of when I was in middle school and a teacher ate sunflower seeds with me and some other kids while listening to tea from us. I remember she said “oh my god I didn’t know Lexie was a slu+.. **cutely eats sunflower seeds*”
I feel like Caroline has these specific interactions in real life and just recreates them for our entertainment. Truly a philanthropist of the ages

Its always such a cute and funny time, and i always find chatty kids speech patterns and unique perspectives SO interesting. Like the way they process, view, and share information is soooo fascinating.

I agree. I'd far rather sot next to a chatty kid than a chatty adult, because with kids you know it's gonna be the most unhinged, entertaining conversation 😆

I work at a daycare, I’m with the three year olds all day and they are fabulous. Never a dull moment when talking to them. It’s like the conversation takes 75 different turns in a sentence. I’m always amazed at how they manage to come up with such off the wall stuff sometimes.
Hahaha you would have loved me I flew unaccompanied minor from 7-13 and it was a blast. The kids room we went to during layovers was so fun and I loveddd talking to people next to me on the plane
you perfectly capture the way in which kids get random words wrong or confuse them with the opposite concept (no defense or anything....) I've babysat a little girl who was confused about the difference between "alive" and "dead" and kept telling me she was alive when she would lay limply on the ground

As someone who aspires to be a teacher and loves kids, I couldn’t help but just laugh the whole time. Kids will tell you all of their business, even when you think “Hm they’re old enough they probably won’t.” Trust me..they will. I try to just be polite and try not to be too expressive. I figure they either don’t have too many people to talk to or just probably don’t really understand what they’ve seen or heard. But I can’t help but giggle sometimes because it’s so abrupt. I try to recuperate quickly though.
Dad's gonna have a tough job replacing Monique in quinns eyes... "Dad got a new girlfriend but she lives in a bus and smells like our dog we had before it died. His old financé had a house and smelled like a girl."

Since I was young I would fly alone from the UK to Florida to see my dad because he lives there and one of the times I was seated next to this kid that was like this character except he really wanted to scare me and kept telling me the plane was going to crash 😂 interesting times

Someone once broke this down for me 😂 These kids are genuinely so wholesome and just want to make friends. Usually they just think you're cool, especially if you're a young adult(like me) or an older teenager. Sometimes little boy's will crush on you cos you're a pretty lady sitting with him, and thus word vomit. But then they'll forget about it all by the time they get to disneyworld. Or have a fond memory of a kind stranger on a train.
I remember blowing this little girl's mind when speaking my native langauge (belgian-french)
There are the annoying little kids as well, but I find those chatty kids so wholesome 😂 and entertaining on long flights or train rides. I'm happy to entertain, or read aloud if it makes them happy and calm.

I'm MUCH older than him, so both my parents and I had to kind of teach him how not to reveal family stuff and not talk too much to strangers, although people mostly found him really adorable.
