Glad I'm not the only one who gets the runs from coffee. I've been at this coffee journey for years now and it might be the type of coffee. Arabica blends make me more sick than Robusta or other coffee bean blends. And oat milk helps a ton instead of creamer. Creamer (lactose free even) would also contribute to making me sick. I hope that helps. You may need to experiment with different coffee bean blends and use a milk you are familiar with rather than a creamer. Or if you can drink the creamer in other drinks like tea and you have no reaction, then you should be fine. I hope this helps so you don't have to give up on all coffee. 🤎
I also see you were using the little cups now so maybe you can find a brand that is made with the certain type of coffee blend that your stomach reacts better to. Of course this sounds like a lot of work though. 😂
