This I absolutely ridiculous. I tried to sign up and they ask my account number, okay, from the May 2024 statement , I put in my account number which is 11 digits, it doesn’t accept says account number should be 14 or 15 digits. Mind you , I’m you, I AM GETTING THE ACCOUNT NUMBER FROM THE 5/2024 statement. Don’t understand stand. In addition, it’s so confusing to sign up, I can get on to my brokerage or bank account easier.
Lastly , it’s about time they change the address to the current address, they are still using a street address that is over 30 years old
