The light and lighting in the 'Kesh at dusk is really something to behold.
The views, and beautiful aromas you get from those rooftop terraces at that time of the evening are worth a trip there to experience something unique.
The "blue hour" here is truly something to behold!
If the price is for the walls (the property) and the business (hotel, bar, restaurant) then even with the amount of sales tax and the yearly land tax (which must be high) the sale price seems very reasonable . I'm pretty sure with good publicity on social media and serious management this place could make a lot of money for its owner.
