@@mysterycoin1546 from what i observed, he has 2 debuff attack boost all and 1 moonlight charge and boost. me thinks she needs at least 2 debuff boost all and 2 moonlight charges to have a decent amount of brv. try to pair her up with characters who can buff the team. My team of Yuna/Serah/Lenna with Ramuh brings my Serah to a max BRV of roughly 29500. she has 3 debuff attack boost and 2 moonlight charges. and she is awesome.
@@vsern90 sounds amazing, I don't have Yuna or Lenna Billy in Jp, sucks for me. I don't have Ramza weapon passives either. My best buffers are Ashe and a few older units that aren't exactly meta right now like Eiko and Deuce, but she'll be getting a rework soon or at least an EX. Selphie only got an Ex and 5* art passives added right?

I don't chase meta characters , only pull for favs. as a result of that i struggled a little bit in this event due to its restrictive requirements , especially the weapon type. Noel, WOL, Noctis, Vayne, i have none of their EX. Ashe is good, especially if you have her ex. she pairs nicely with Serah throwing defuffs at enemies.Deuce is very likely to end up like Selphie imo. she is already very good. EX will be icing on the cake. Just like Selphie. though i wish Selphie's buffs be made to last longer. No she didn't get any new artifact passives, just an EX.

Not rolling Setzer's EX Weapon is one of my regret right now. And P.Cecil is still good, just can't attack and heal as much as current top tiers.

Sarah's max brave is a bit trippy to me. I thought her 70 would fix it but nope. Wish her 50 passive would help that too
she needs the 2 new artifact passives to maximize her potential.
