And he has only charmed women outside of the club, not gotten into many relationships. And I think the girls are well aware that is his job, to charm women and be a host. So, if ladies are entering the club without being aware that it's a service, then it's their fault for disregarding the true meaning of a host. He did hit on Haruhi when he was engaged... though it was an arranged marriage, and he tried to decline it, it was beyond his willpower until Haruhi chased him.
The creator of this video wasn't intending to actually apply that Tamaki is a womanizer so i think you shouldn't overthink on this and ruin the fun. It's amazing how even though Tamaki is so chibi cute she made him look like a genuine womanizer just for the sake of the song. TamaXHaru pairing. :)

@AnimeRow Yes she does end up with Tamaki and yes the manga did end in Japan and I how I know is I read Japanese volumes even though the rest of the volumes aren't translated in english yet.

Tamaki's mother comes to Japan, and Tamka doesn't know how to get to her, so Haruhi helps him get to her. After the mom leaves, the two admit their love for each other, and eventually the school figures out that Haruhi is a girl. She ends up going to the USA to study abroad, and Tamaki surprises her by going, and then the host club also goes to the US. :3
