To stop the extra glitter coming off you can use a glitter nail polish, with the same type of glitter to seal the loose ones on and finish it off with a top coat. But if you see nail polish labeled as “gel” it needs a UV lamp or light to cure/set it.
It's the nails for me. They give me extra tingles !

for the sparkle problem, put some clear polish over it. it will help stop the glitter from going everywhere and in my opinion makes them sparkle even better.

You should put clear coat Over the nails so the glitter doesn’t transfer everywhere. I hate when I get nails that do that lol Ik yk the struggle
