Pineapple fried rice is a famous food in Thailand (it is a royal dish)but it's easy to make and tastes great.
⏏️Ingredients
=Half a pineapple (about 200 grams)
=100 g chopped onion
=3 cloves minced garlic (10 g)
=10 grams of chopped spring onions
=100 grams of shrimp
=50 grams of Chinese sausage (bacon, ham, chicken, whatever)
=1.5 cups jasmine rice
=1 tablespoon vegetable oil
=== *Liquor to deodorize the shrimp a little*

2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 teaspoon ground pepper
1 teaspoon sugar
A little liquor to deodorize the shrimp.
